Our approach of selling services, renting equipment, producing content or customizing installations is always with our customers’ satisfaction in mind. The majority of our clients are corporations. They expect a high level of expertise and a quote which they can easily understand. Regardless, if the total price is most important to you or if you want to have a look at each single item in the quote - SEG always provides you with detailed and transparent quotations. Additionally, we send our clients custom-made drawings, plans and visual descriptions of the event, regardless of its size. We have our own design department with over 10 in-house designers. Even in the quoting phase, ee provide our clientswith a 3D full-scale visualization of the event , including realistic 3D models of all suggested furniture, set designs and event decorations. Events with special decoration requests for very special installations, natural flower arrangements and other unique items, we prepare a special mood board, so that the client can see exactly what our idea looks and feels like.
Line items quotes
All our products and services are described in detail, each in a single line with the individual price, day factor and essential specifications. If you remove items, you still can keep track of the budget. This transparency is important to us to keep it clearfor both sides.
2D Project Drawings
For projects including set design, furniture rental, booths, etc., we provide detailed 2D descriptions of the respective areas. This helps proper orientation in order to avoid misplacing of items, blocking of fire exits or walkways. It also supports organizers in planning and effectively utilizing the available event space.
3D Visualizations
3D visualizations of large projects are our secret. Not many suppliers in the event industry go the extra mile for their customers and produce high-value event renderings to showcase the concept even at the quotation stage. For major projects we always supply our quotes together with detailed plans and visuals of the project concept. This is one of our secrets why our customers love to partner with us, because they can have a look at our great renderings even before the event, but the live events are always better.
Mood Boards
Sometimes, very creative projects do not allow for a visualization or it would at least be very challenging. In these cases, we usually use mood boards, with selected product photos, installations and concepts. We can support you in working on your ideas. Sometimes, our clients have a good idea of the concept in general, and we then help with the stage design. Other times, our clients ask us to start from scratch, so we do the research, organize and execute the entire event including services like selecting the venue, booking of the artists, taking care of participant registration, and any other perks.
